About Us

James and I met on a wonderful little application called AIM in April of 2009, when I was fifteen and he was seventeen. We talked for a mere five days before making it official, falling for each other faster than imaginable. We have been in a long distance relationship since the day we started dating, living approximately three hours away from each other, seeing each other about once every two months, sometimes more and sometimes less. The numbers 12 21 represent us because they are our favorite numbers put together.

When late night chats over webcam go like this...

Him: So, I have to go now.
Her: Okay. Goodnight, love.
Him: Goodnight, moofin.
Her: Bye.
Him: Bye...
Her: ...Bye.
Him: You're so pretty. I don't want to leave.

...and then last for ten more minutes of trying to say goodbye, you know you're in a long distance relationship. And when the conversation finally ends and he comes off webcam, and you suddenly get another video chat invite after only a few minutes and this happens:

Him: I came back just for you.
Her: Aww, really?
Him: You're really hard to stay away from, you know?

That's how you know you're enduring it for someone special.

I have been in love with Him for nearly three years and we still can't stay away. We still stare at each other over the webcam after saying goodbye at least ten times, and then mutter to each other "I can't leave, though..."

I am an eternally blessed girl.
